Booking & Image Policy
To reserve your session date, a booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee secures your dedicated time on our calendar and covers the preparation, planning, and consultation leading up to your photoshoot. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled session with advance notice and studio availability.
All final images are professionally retouched to meet The Headshot House’s signature quality standards. Upon delivery, you receive full usage rights to your selected images — allowing you to use them across your website, social media, press materials, and marketing platforms without restrictions.
Session durations are based on the time reserved at booking. Extended session time may be added if additional looks, locations, or creative variations are requested and if the photographer’s schedule allows. Additional time is billed at the studio’s hourly rate.
The final session investment may vary depending on the specific requirements of your project, including creative direction, lighting complexity, or location logistics. For studio sessions only, an additional subject may be included to share your session time for a collaborative or partner portrait. The additional subject fee is $250 per person.
For on-location sessions, travel within Orange County is included; sessions outside this area may incur a travel fee.
